- The GMV M1052 A2 is not a standard military vehicle designation, but rather a customized version of the M1025A2 HMMWV (Humvee) used by U.S. Army and Marine Corps Special Forces.
- This 1995 m1052A2 is a 2007 overhauled and modified Humvee that played a crucial role in the Middle East. 300 were made for the Army Special Forces and 100 to the Marines MARSOC. The Army versions were all crushed and only the Marine Corps variants survived and sold to auction.
