2 x LMTV M1078 Cargo Trucks- High Water Rescue Vehicles

LMTV M1078 with Caterpillar Turbo Diesel Engine and Allison 7 speed Automatic Transmission

 Trucks were processed in our reset facility to ensure all mechanical and original equipment were operating to specification and repaired or replaced as needed, including all original system lights, signals, wipers and horn, and electrics. Engine fluids, belts, hoses, and filters were replaced as required.  Axle, transmission, transfer case seals and fluids were checked and serviced/repaired/replaced as required.  Service and parking brake systems were checked and serviced, along with wheel seals and axle boots as required. The vehicle was extensively road tested.

1. Tires are 75% with like mounted spare tire. 
2. Replaced Batteries were load tested and properly tied down. 
3. CTIS tire inflation system bypassed.
4. Relocated and Elevated exhaust to vertical Position
5. LED Headlights

High Water Rescue Upgrade work:

1. All exterior lighting upgraded to LED with Emergency and Work/Scene lights:
1. Lighting elements were all switched inside of cab through Feniex Controller and work lights were placed on toggle switches for front/side/rear separately
2. Scene lighting added at rear of cargo bed Corners
3. 1 Reverse light installed
4. 6 each LED lights Feniex PN-Q-2222 installed
5. 2 each LED low profile warning light strip Feniex PN-QT-0420-ST (Red, Blue, White Lights) installed
6. 14 total emergency lights were installed around truck, Feniex QQM-8101
7. 1 x 50" Forward Facing Brow Light, Heise installed
8. 2 x 32" Side Facing Brow Lights, Heise installed
9. 6 x 8" Side Facing Brown Lights, Side Body Under tucked, Heise installed
10. Furnished and Installed LED Corner Compartment light for under cargo cover, Code 3
11. 2 x Square LED Swivel work lights were installed at rear, Code 3

1. Fold down seating along both sides
2. All walk on surfaces were treated with textured bedliner
3. Custom rear black canopy covers with clear side panels were supplied.

2. 2 dome lights were connected to Door function with map light
3. New floor mats and tower mats
4. Recovered 2 seats black (center seat removed)
5. Painted interior gloss black
6. New front glass and gasket
7. New door and window operators x 2
8. USB Charging station
9. Light switch converted to Commercial
10. 2 cup holders
11. Master battery disconnect switch - non-keyed - in Cab, easily accessible
12. Cab entry step extensions and ladders
13. Backup Camera and Alarm and light with Display Screen were installed inside cab

5. Exterior of truck and Body were cleaned, prepared, primed, and painted 2 tone single stage

1. Upper half and body painted, one red and one black
2. Lower half Black Gloss on both trucks
3. All paint had clear coat applied
