High Water Rescue Upgrade work to Customer's M1078:
1. Rear Loading Platform custom fabricated (air lines capped off & factory hitch removed)
a. 24 inches Deep by 96 inches wide.
b. Rear corners of platform to be 45 degree chamfered.
c. Bar Grating decking (not punch plate).
d. Fixed steps that go into the cargo bed, off of the rear platform.
e. Rope step ladders at left and right sides and at center rear- from ground to platform.
f. Anchor points/Grab handles at each station at back of truck bed for personnel tether (1 left/1 right).
g. Class 3 trailer towing receiver hitch.
2. Exhaust stack relocated and elevated.
3. All exterior original Truck lighting upgraded to LED (Headlights, taillights, marker lights, front turn signals).
4. Lighting Elements, all switched inside of cab through Controller:
a. Supplied and installed Feniex 4200 Data link Controller
b. Added Work Lights/Scene lighting under cargo bed on 2 each Left and 2 each Right side of bed.
c. Added Scene lighting at Rear of cargo bed – 2 each Feniex Q-2222 Quad Cannon.
d. Added Scene lighting at front of truck:
i. Feniex Quantum 600 Stick Single Color. QT-0620
ii. 2 each Feniex QSM-8101 Quad Surface Mount Lights.
e. Emergency Light bar over cab – Feniex QT-6020-SQ 60” Quad Color.
5. Supplied and installed back-up light and back-up alarm.
6. Supplied and installed backup camera with viewing screen in cab of truck.
7. Front push bumper – NO Winch
8. Master battery disconnect switch - non keyed - in Cab, easily accessible.
9. Rear Cargo bed
a. Fixed rear side racks.
b. Locking Toolbox at head of bed.
c. Fold down bench seating along each side approximately 10 feet total along each side.
d. Custom rear canopy cover, extending approximately 6 inches below the top on each side (BLACK).
e. LED strip lighting, Red in color, inside bed at floor level.
f. “D” Rings welded inside head of cargo bed on floor for assistance in loading the bed.
10. Interior of truck:
a. Interior of truck fully refurbished with new floor/cab liner and New head liner,
b. New steering wheel
c. 3 seats recovered black color
d. Interior paint gloss black
e. New front glass and wiper blades
f. All door and window operators replaced
g. USB and charging port station
h. Replace light switch with commercial variant. Original gauges.
i. 4 new Batteries
11. Cab Entry Left and right custom front entry step extensions for ease of entry /exit to cab
12. Paint
a. Exterior of truck, cleaned, prepared, primed and painted your color (Flat Black)
b. Frame Flat Gloss Black
c. Wheels Flat Black
d. All walk on surfaces were treated with Textured Rhino Style coating in Black
